Update: finally received refund. It did look fun, might give it a try again if we go back, just wont buy tickets in adavce since weather can impact. Understandable need for safety. Updated stars but can't fully review since we didn't ride.
Original: Bought tickets in advance online. Arrived on day we were supposed to ride, was told by the operator was closing due to high winds. Totally understandable. She offered a refund or we could come back the next day we decided to try and come back the next day. When we arrived the same sign was in the window closed due to high winds. We had one more day so we thought we would give it another try. Went back Saturday before leaving town, same sign was in the window that they were closed due to high winds, weather seemed clear that day. Have tried emailing and calling to get refund with no response or being sent to VM. Guessing we are going to be out $40+ that we paid. Really wanted to give this a try and our daughter was so excited for it. Maybe do not offer advance tickets if no one available for refunds when ride is closed....
Tried the zipline, and I loved it! This is my second zipline I've been on. Great experience and price is good.
Williams has been one of my favorite places to visit as they have so much to do, and they are very friendly and welcoming. I just had to share that with everyone.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. We went yesterday at around 3 and were told that a "maintenance" person was coming and to come back in 30 minutes. Well after waiting 30 minutes we came back and the person there was all of a sudden on their lunch break. We decided to try again today after I called to make sure what time they open; I was informed they open at 11:00 AM. So we arrive exactly at 11:00 AM and the same person that was there yesterday said they are going on their "lunch break" AGAIN. I don't know any business that sends their employees to lunch right when they open but they are losing a lot of business because of this employee turning everyone away. My guess is the employee simply doesn't want to do their job. We called the number after we left and someone answered saying they're open so that person did not actually go to lunch.
Paid 20 dollars for a minute ride at best showed up early and waited till 1030 for the first person to come around when The OWNER came around she told everyone to come back in an hour and then they would be open. I bought tickets for 10 am this was something we decided even after we saw the ride we’d still try and do on our way out of town and after she came up and said that to me and 3 other families I asked for my money back and was told I would have to wait a week. ITS BEEN OVER 2 weeks at this point! I’ve tried calling and only gotten a voicemail
Very fun ride! Zip line goes 35 mph going up and returning down. At the very top it feels like you're on top of the world! The views are amazing!
The ride operator was very fun and friendly. The views at the top are amazing. The only thing I can say is that it could be faster and for the amount you pay, it should include 2 rides since it only lasts about 5 minutes.
Super friendly operator. My kids had tons of fun. I got to ride too. It’s safe and fun. The view is awesome. Quick ride not a bad price. Buy 3 and moms ride free.
When in Williams AZ do everything there is to do. It was fun and affordable. We try to hit every zip line we see, just to say we did it.
